As a Junior Coring Field Engineer, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing soil samples for various applications. Your tasks will include supporting and installing operations on-site, operating, maintaining, and calibrating specialized equipment, assisting with sample collection and data documentation, adhering to safety and quality guidelines, and reporting results to project managers.
You will work 32-40 hours per week and must be available from Monday to Sunday, with flexible working hours. You will be working at different locations worldwide. One week, you might be working in Akersloot, while the next week, you could be in Germany. This can vary from day to day. For example, if you need to work in Germany for five days, you may have to stay there for two days, which should not be an issue for you.
If you are assigned to a project, you will receive an additional allowance of €165 gross per day on top of your regular salary. If you need to use your own car, you will receive a €50 net daily allowance.
Your future employer is a supplier for the international oil, gas, geothermal, HDD, and salt extraction industry. They rent, sell, and maintain materials, tools, and other essentials for the entire drilling and production process to customers worldwide. Additionally, they also offer coring services at customer locations.
