As a customer service employee, you are busy with various activities throughout the day. You have strong communication skills and are responsible for ensuring smooth interactions between customers, the factory, and buyers. By gaining knowledge of the products and getting to know your customers better, you provide appropriate advice while continuing to process orders and requests. You also ensure that existing customers remain satisfied by invoicing on time, verifying that everything has gone smoothly, and handling any complaints in a friendly manner.
For this role, we are specifically looking for candidates who are English speakers and have a lot of knowledge about the UK or Ireland. A deep understanding of the culture and communication style of these regions is essential to provide the best possible customer experience.
It is possible to work from home two days a week after completing your onboarding period, which takes approximately 1-3 months.
