As a packing officer, you are responsible for packing cans of wet food for dogs and cats. You are in the packing department and you make sure that everything runs smoothly. You are responsible for packing the cans and ensuring that the machines continue to run. If necessary, you can adjust the machines a bit, such as the speed of the machine or the size of the lanes through which the cans are disposed of. Together with another colleague, you are responsible for the entire process.

Business is going very well at the moment, which means that there will most likely be a switch to a 2-shift schedule in the future. At the moment, the working hours are from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

With 2 shifts, the working hours will be from 6:00 to 15:00 and from 14:45 to 00:00. You work early shifts one week and late shifts the next.            

Your future employer is a supplier of wet food especially for dogs and cats. They do this from Nieuwkoop and deliver internationally. The office and production hall are connected to each other, so you can experience the entire process. There is an informal atmosphere within the company.
