As a production teamleader, you will lead a team of 8 colleagues on the production floor. You’ll be actively involved with your team, ensuring everything runs smoothly. With your experience, you can quickly resolve minor issues and motivate your colleagues. Additionally, you will contribute ideas for improvements and process optimization. Other responsibilities include troubleshooting, monitoring safety, quality, and hygiene standards, identifying deviations, and reporting to the team leader.

Your team is involved in making and packaging breaded snacks, which are shipped worldwide. This takes place on various production lines. The role operates in two shifts:

Early shift: 05:00 to 14:00 
Late shift: 14:00 to 23:00 

You’ll earn a base rate of €18 per hour, plus an additional €1,10 per hour in holiday compensation! When working between 6:00 PM and midnight, you’ll receive a bonus, bringing your hourly rate to €25,04!
