Your day starts by gathering at the warehouse in Oudkarspel. From that location, you and your team will be on your way to the work location. You will work on location from 07:00 to 16:00. Your future employer is mainly active in North Holland and South Holland and focuses mainly on renovating homes. 

At the location, you and your team will get to work. Everyone rolls up their sleeves, even the boss! Then you can't stay behind. You have many different positions at the job site. You can clean up the debris, demolish parts or entire walls and roofs, carpenter, lay tiles or even operate a crane. Of course, the latter only comes after you have obtained a certificate. At 16:00 you will go back to the warehouse.  

If you do your best, your future employer will also invest in you. They offer the opportunity to obtain your VCA, Aerial Work Platform and Crane certificate and they even offer training! All this while you already have a good hourly wage.

Your future employer is a nice family business with a nice permanent group of employees. They now hope to expand this permanent group, you can be part of this! Your future employer will mainly focus on renovating homes. They work on a project basis, with a focus on North Holland and South Holland, although they also have a few projects in Zeeland.
