As a pollinator, you play a vital role in the growth process of onions and cabbages. Using a fine brush, you ensure that the flowers of the plants are pollinated — a precise task that directly contributes to a successful harvest. Without your careful handiwork, no fruits will grow! Experience? Not necessary! You will receive full guidance from experienced colleagues, who will teach you how to work quickly and accurately. What we do find important is that you have an eye for detail every careful movement makes a difference.

You will work four to five days per week. And here’s some good news: if there’s a good match, we are happy to help you find a new challenge afterward or welcome you back next season!
