As a logistics administrative assistant, you play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations within the logistics processes of your future employer. In this temporary role, you’ll be working in Alkmaar for an international company. The position offers flexibility, with 24 to 32 working hours per week, allowing you to tailor your schedule to your personal needs.
Your workday starts with acting as the administrative link between the sales organization and the outsourced warehouse. You’ll be responsible for registering incoming sea container data, processing freight documents for incoming goods, and managing documentation for outgoing shipments. You’ll also help maintain digital inventory records and resolve logistical issues. Granting customers access to the portal and digitally archiving certificates and transport documents are also part of your responsibilities.
